The Administrative Office of the Foreign Ministry:
(1)
The important telegrams from the delegation [in Geneva] to the Central Committee should be conveyed to Premier [and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PRC] Zhou [Enlai] in Nanning.
(2)
The Ministry does not have a military station of our own to communicate with our embassy in the Soviet Union.
