Deputy Representative of the United States William B. Buffum on behalf of the Unified Command reports to the President of the Security Council. The report concerns the continuation of serious North Korean violations of the Armistice Agreement of 27 July 1953 and the failure of North Korea to co-operate with the investigating procedure and machinery established by the Armistice Agreement.
