TO THE CPSU CC
Cde. DIBA, a student of the CPSU CC Higher Party School, and a member of the CC of the People's Party of Iran, has turned to the vice-chancellor's office [rektorat] with a request to give material aid in furnishing an apartment he has just received.
Cde. Diba has a family consisting of a wife and two children.
In connection with the fact that the school does not have a budget to obtain furniture we request that the expenditure of 10,000 rubles be permitted to buy furniture in order to furnish Cde. Diba's apartment.
