                                                                To com. N. S. KHRUSHCHEV

I report to you that a trustworthy source of the KGB post in Paris made the following report:

In a private meeting, de GAULLE told the State Secretary of Internal Affairs, MAURICE-BOKANOVSKY, that EISENHOWER, who arrived in Paris for a conference of heads of state, informed de GAULLE that American scientists had informed him that they had developed a new method that would enable to disrupt the guidance of Soviet missiles during launch by means of radio waves emitted from a distance.

As a result of this not a single Soviet missile would reach its target, according to EISENHOWER.

In answer to de GAULLE's question whether you are aware of this, EISENHOWER replied in the affirmative.

MAURICE-BOKANOVSKY related this conversation to the former Director of the Office of the Minister of Internal Affairs, MORLEAU, who shared this information with our source.
