190 - Concerning measures protecting the USSR from the penetration of espionage, terrorist, and sabotage elements.

 

Adopt the following decision (see attachment).

 

Excerpts have been sent to:

 

Cdes. Yezhov, Yagoda, Voroshilov, Uritsky, Frinovsky, Manuil'sky - everything; to Stasova - 1, 2, 4, 5, and 12; to Lozovsky - 2, 4, and 12; to Gay - 4 and 12; to Litvinov - 9; to Arosev - 11; to Stotsky - 13; and to Shcherbakov - 13.

 

 

The Politburo adopts measures to protect the Soviet Union from the penetration of terrorist, espionage, and sabotage elements.
