Dear Cde. BARAK!

 

We have received you letter of 19 April.

 

First of all permit me to thank you for having taken the initiative to convene a conference of leaders of the security organs of the socialist countries and for the invitation to come to Prague for this conference.

 

The Collegium of the Committee of State Security agrees with the date of convening the conference proposed by you and has charged me with heading our delegation composed of Cde. A. M. SAKHAROVSKY, Chief of the 1st Main Directorate; Cde. O. M. GRIBANOV, Chief of the 2nd Main Directorate; and Cde. Ye. T. SINITSYN, chief of a department of the 1st Main Directorate.

 

The delegation intends to arrive in Prague on 19 May.
