Ministry of Foreign Affairs

According to the discussion by the head of the law and economic department of the Foreign Ministry, it was claimed: Although there is no numerical limitation on the number of delegates for each country’s Afro-Asian conference delegation, due to the fact that it is difficult to find boarding and reception in Bandung, it has been decided each country’s official delegation would provide boarding and transportation for ten people. Thirty countries would bring about three hundred people, in addition to four hundred Indonesian and foreign journalists. Each delegation’s technical personnel are responsible for their own lodging and transportation.
