[I am] reporting the following information.

In mid-October of this year [name redacted] stated in a private conversation that groups began to appear in the Republican and Democratic parties that call for a resolute suppression of Cuba with military means.

In the Republican Party among the supporters of military suppression of Cuba the leader is Nelson ROCKEFELLER, who worries about the future of his investments in Latin America, especially in Venezuela.

In the Democratic Party the supporters of the adoption of military measures against Cuba are in the Pentagon leadership. The group of militant Democrats intends to push for decisive actions against Cuba following November elections to the USA Congress. With this in mind they carry out comprehensive preparations. There are intentions to unleash a war against Cuba from the territories of Guatemala, Nicaragua and Venezuela, taking for a pretext provoked sinking of ships and destruction of planes of these countries.  One also intends to begin an armed insurrection in Cuba, the signal of which would be an attempt on CASTRO's life, organized by the Cuban emigres who currently are in the USA.
