Indonesia Invites China to Review the Achievements of the Asian-African Conference

Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

On 20 May [1955], we received a message from the Indonesian foreign ministry, the content is as follows:

“To stabilize the cooperative spirit of the representatives at the Bandung Afro-Asian conference, the Republic of Indonesia Broadcast Station will be airing a series of English programs. Therefore we invite the head of each [conference] member country’s embassy to formulate a review of the achievements of the Afro-Asian conference. The review will be recorded and then aired during the above mentioned program. The [Indonesian] foreign ministry specially asks for [your] embassy’s cooperation, and hopes [your] embassy may notify [your] foreign ministry to arrange the head of [your] embassy’s reception of our representatives. This is for the convenience of recording the review by representatives from the Republic of Indonesia Broadcast Station. Time and location.”

How should this be handled? Please instruct.
