Principal Secretary of the United Nations Commission for the Unification and Rehabilitation of Korea Zouheir Kuzbari records the meetings between himself and Assistant Secretary-General David B. Vaughan and Republic of Korea Prime Minister Kwon Chung Il, ROK Foreign Minister Hah Choi Kyu, and ROK President Park Chung Hee. The meetings concerned the construction of the new UNCURK Headquarters building and the ROK officials' desire for Secretary-General of the United Nations U Thant to pay a visit to ROK.
