From TROSTNIK[1] to comrade PAVLOV[2]

Missiles with conventional loads for “Luna” and FKR [cruise missiles] should be left in Cuba.  Send 6 nuclear bombs, 12 warheads for “Luna” and 80 warheads for FKR to the Soviet Union on steamship “Atkarsk.”

[1] Trostnik, which means "reed" in Russian, was a code name for Soviet Defense Minister Marshal Rodion Y. Malinovsky.

[2] "Pavlov" was used as a code name for General Issa A. Pliyev, commander of Soviet forces in Cuba.
