At the Sunan Airfield I met KWP CC Presidium member and Deputy Premier Nam Il, who has returned from Berlin. All CC Presidium members were at the airfield except Kim Il Sung and Choe Yong-geon.

Nam Il asked that deep gratitude be passed to the Soviet government for the warm and heartfelt meeting in Moscow during travel to Berlin and back and for the organization of the demonstration of facilities of interest to him.

In the conversation with those KWP CC Presidium members present at the airfield Nam Il said that the program of the stay of the DPRK construction delegation in the Soviet Union was very rich and broad. The delegation was provided with a comprehensive study of the rich experience of the USSR in construction matters.

Koroten'ko told Nam Il about the progress of the conference of the ministers of railways of the socialist countries.

Nam Il said that the KWP CC Presidium had discussed the main issues of the conference and had given firm instructions to their minister of railways on all the main fundamental issues to take the same position as the minister of railways of the Soviet Union and the other socialist countries since they knew even before the start of the conference that the Chinese delegation will take a different position on several issues.
