I have learned from the Russian clubs in Beirut that the Cominform, which now holds its meetings in Carnbach, a Polish city, is deep into a study of the situation in Cominform countries like Yugoslavia. It is expected that major decisions are to be made on the matter.

I also learned that the Yugoslav Commission in Beirut had started to [page 2] bring in a number of copies of “Buba” newspaper, which is the mouthpiece for the Yugoslav Communist Party to be distributed to those who speak the language of Yugoslavia in those countries to expose the truth about the government’s and the Communist Party’s positions toward the Cominform.
The Cominform is expected to soon make a major decision, and Yugoslavian communist newspapers are discovered in Beirut.
