Beirut, Aug 8, 1949

Number 43/ during the meeting held by the Communist Parties from 4-5 of August, the following was decided as I found out from my multiple confirmed sources:

First – to participate in the Communist Party Conference to which they invited by the Communist Parties of Africa.

Second – to participate in the International Youth Conference which is to be held in Budapest on Aug 2nd.

Third – to support the activities by Mulla Mustafa Al-Barazani and issuing a joint memo on this support.

Fourth – since Turkey hopes to play the role of a mediator in Arab politics in order to lead to the cooperation with England and the United States, which is why the set up a unified plan to fight this policy and expose the their true intentions.

Fifth – to continue issuing fliers against the Syrian policy, especially that which concerns the new Syrian constitution, and to call on the people to boycott it completely and expose its bad parts that only serve dictators and imperialists.

Sixth – to stand against the Jordanian-Iraqi-Iranian action that aims at establishing a front against Russia.

Seventh – to improve the spreading of communist propaganda among the Palestinian refugees on a wider scale.
