黙約事

 

湾は中華人民共和国の領土であり、台湾を解放することは、中国の内政問題である

 

共同声明が発表された後、日本政府は、台湾からその大使館、領事館を撤去し、また効果的な措置を講じて、蒋介石集団(台湾でもよい)の大使館、領事館を撤去させる

 

戦後、台湾における日本の団体と個人の投資、及び企業は、台湾が開放{前2文字ママ}される際に適当な配慮が払われるものである。(もちろん中国側が適当な配慮を払うという意味である。

Tacit Agreement

 

1. Taiwan is the territory of the People’s Republic of China and the liberation of Taiwan is a domestic issue for China.

 

2. Following the announcement of the joint declaration, the Government of Japan will take effect measures to withdrawal its embassy and consulate from Taiwan, and also to make the Jiang Jieshi [Chiang Kai-shek] group (Taiwan is fine) to withdraw its embassy and consulates.

 

3. Post-war investments made by Japanese groups or individuals will be given due consideration when Taiwan is liberated. (Naturally this is to mean that China will give due consideration.)

Ohira Masayoshi met with Ji Pengfei and agreed upon tacit agreement which starts with "Taiwan is the territory of the People's Republic of China."
