The letter dated 28 [October] in both Chinese original and English translation which Premier Zhou Enlai sent to his Excellency Ne Win is attached as follows, please forward it to his Excellency Ne Win right away, please also submit a copy hereof to the Burmese Embassy in China on 29 [October] and provide feedback to the Ministry accordingly.
