56. Concerning the release of money to the NKVD

Release 1,200,000 rubles to the NKVD to cover the expenses associated with the support and maintenance of a number of people who have arrived from Xinjiang.

Excerpts have been sent: to Cdes. Stomonyakov, Yagoda, and Miroshnikov.
