157. Cde. Apresov's issue.

 

Release to the disposition of Cde. Apresov the objects mentioned in the list he submitted for gifts to government leaders of Xinjiang, and charge Cde. Veytser with taking all measures for possibly the majority of the objects in this list to be sent to Xinjiang at the same time as Cde. Apresov's departure on 17 September of this year.

 

Excerpts have been sent to:

 

Cdes. Krestinsky, Stomonyakov, Veytser, and Miroshnikov.

 

 

 

The Politburo orders objects to be released to the disposition of Cde. Apresov, the General Consul in Urumqi, for distribution as gifts to government officials in Xinjiang.
