Subject: Conversation with Korean ambassador Pak Gyeong-sun [Pak Kyong-sun]

During the movie screening of February 14 at the Embassy of South Vietnam, the Korean ambassador said the following to Comrades Barity Miklós and Kádas István concerning the visit led by Pak Seong-cheol [Pak Song Chol]:

1. To the best of his knowledge the main task of the delegation is to convey the personal message of Comrade Kim Il Sung to Comrade Kádár János. Besides this, they will inform the leaders of the Hungarian party and government about their new policy for the peaceful unification of Korea. They want to negotiate about current issues in international politics and new possible expansions of the bilateral relations.

2. He inquired about the agenda of the visit and noted that the delegation would like to make use of most of its time for negotiations and meetings with leaders. The Minister of Health would be glad to visit modern medical facilities and factories.

3. He asked that we should organize his inaugural visits in the coming days with regards to the schedule and negotiations of their government’s delegation.
