Subject: Preparations for the Korean Workers’ Party’s 4th Congress in the light of the press

 

The primary task of the Korean press currently is to publish the preparations for the 4th Party Congress opening on September 11.

 

The daily newspapers and journals are regularly publishing summary-type articles in which they are writing about the accomplishments that were achieved between the 3rd and the 4th Congresses. Considering that these materials are important in informing both the coming Hungarian party delegation and the Central as well, I will regularly send the translations and digests of these via mail, or in case the contents are very long, via airmail.

 

Besides the aforementioned, I will send a summary report in my next express mail.
