外交部共和党参议员Wayne Morse？昨在参院抨击塔夫脱对华主张，谓将使共和党蒙受战党之名，不利竞选。且亦难获其他盟国同意。塔氏则在演说中解释[渠]主张国军反攻大陆，意系倘中共进犯越南时即由国军反攻以[X][X][无]以阻遏中共对东南亚之攻势云。顾OO （5/壹）
