The Political Department of the Cuban Military Congratulates China on its Nuclear Test

 

To the Military Intelligence Department: 

 

When Lieutenant Hector [sic], the cultural head of the Army Political Department, came to collect the musical instruments that the People's Liberation Army General Political Department had donated to a city school, he expressed his congratulations for the successful nuclear test on behalf of the Political Department and praised China’s progress. He said that the Cuban people would always be sympathetic to China.
