The Embassy of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics very respectfully greets the General Administration of Ceremonies of the Secretary of Foreign Relations of the United Mexican States and has the honor of requesting that diplomatic identification cards be granted to Mr. Dmitri A. Diakonov, Minister-Counselor of the USSR Embassy in Mexico, and for his wife, Mrs. Veronika Diakonova, who arrived by air in Mexico City on October 31, 1969.

With this objective, the Embassy attaches the necessary photographs and provides the following information:

The address of the persons mentioned above is: Gral. Leon #55-504, Mexico, D.F.

The Embassy of the USSR expresses its gratitude in advance to the General Administration of Ceremonies of the Secretary of Foreign Relations of the United Mexican States for the attention paid to this request, and takes this opportunity to reiterate its certainty of your highest and most distinguished consideration.
