Dear Cde. Lubomir STROUGAL!

 

The Committee of State Security under the USSR Council of Ministers invites you and a group of senior officials of the CSSR Ministry of Internal Affairs to visit the Soviet Union this year to discuss questions of organizing intelligence and counterintelligence work.

 

If your side has no objections regarding the meeting we request [you] report what is a convenient time for you to arrive in Moscow.

 

Permit [me] again to thank you for the cordial and fraternal reception of the KGB delegation and to wish you good health and success in work.
