Subject: Those accused of King Abdullah's assassination in Jerusalem

When the Attorney General in Jerusalem, Mr Walid Salah, wrapped up his investigation into the accusations levelled at the Palestinian Hizb al-Baath, he went to Amman on Sunday 29/7/1951 and submitted the outcome to the Prime Minister. As a result, the release of Hizb al-Baath's President, Mr Abdullah Na'was, from detention was approved for lack of evidence.

The Attorney General returned to Jerusalem on the 30th of the month, and acted upon the release order of the above-mentioned. So far nothing has been proven against the accused.
