Finally, I would like to raise two points regarding petitions from Japanese working here.

 

1. One is the taxation three times a year of the Japanese industrialists here. It seems that the tax on an individual’s income is once per year and the corporate tax is twice a year. I believe that there is an agreement between Japan and China to preclude double taxation, so I would like to study this point.

 

2. The second point concerns schools for Japanese. We would like you to let us use schools for Chinese. In addition, we would like you to make the acquisition of land convenient.  I would like to thank you. I would like your cooperation now and in the future in regard to construction and such.
