我们的工作是有缺点、错误的，比如劳动改造工作，就还有缺点，主要不是反革命的问题，主要是我们干部的政治水平不高，劳改农场总的方向应该是改造他们，思想工作第一，
工业、农业的收获多少，是否赚钱是第二位的，过去很多地方把它翻过来了，把搞业务放在第一，思想工作放在第二，甚至思想斗争很薄弱，如果把对反革命分子，刑事罪犯的思想改造得很适当，这样的话，业务（工业、农业）不要去催促，也是会搞得很好，但是这个问题，还没有完全解决。
