We are delivering a message, with its translation into Russian, sent to Comrade President by the General Secretary of the Worker’s Party of Korea and President of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Kim Il Sung.
Kil Hinen [sic], a special deputy of President Kim Il Sung, delivered the message to Comrade Dolanc. After thanking us for the reception, Kil Hinen sad that he had been received by President Kim Il Sung before coming to Yugoslavia and that he had asked him to send warm, comradely greetings to Comrade Tito.
They are also thanking us for our help in establishing stronger relations between the Korean News Agency and Tanjug[1]. They are in direct contact with Tanjug and they hope that the collaboration will be successful.
When Comrade Dolanc asked if they were invited to Moscow for the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the October Revolution, Kil Hinen answered that they were, that their state-party delegation lead by one of the members of Politburo would go, but that neither President Kim Il Sung, nor the Prime Minister, nor the Defense Minister would go.

A special deputy of Kim Il Sung delivered comradely greetings to Tito and said thankful messages about relations between the Korean News Agency and Tanjug.
