On a Request from the Leadership of the People’s Party of Iran
RESOLVED
1. To approve a request from the leadership of the People’s Party of Iran (PPI) and accept the First Secretary of the PPI Central Committee Comrade A. Khavari in 1984 for a period of one month of special study on questions of the organization of illegal Party work.
2. To entrust the reception of and care for Comrade A. Khavari to the International Department and the Administration of Affairs of the CPSU Central Committee, and his studies to the USSR Committee of State Security [KGB].
3. To pay expenses for Comrade A. Khavari’s travel from Prague to Moscow and back from the Party budget, as well his stay in the USSR, including person needs up to 200 rubles.
