This note requests the CPSU Central Committee to give 1800 rubles a month to Amirkhizi, a member of the CC of the People's Party of Iran, until permanent work is found for him. Handwritten note at the bottom of the page confirms he received assistance.

This letter from Mustafayev requests that the CPSU CC send a representative to the conference hosted by the Azerbaijan Democratic Party in Baku. The CPSU agreed that it was possible to send Kozlov. Kozlov then returned from assignment and reported the trip's results.

This letter recommends the recall of Javahari because of his supposedly careless work with Iranian political emigrants that risks repression from the Austrian government. Also included is a response to the Soviet Ambassador saying that the reasons listed are not sufficient enough for a recall of Javahari.

This letter requests that Farhad Keshavarz, member of the CC People's Party of Iran, be admitted into the First Moscow Medical Institute without examinations.

This memo addresses Azari's letters to the CPSU CC and notes that the highest ranked leaders of the Democratic Party of Iranian Azerbaijan stated that Azari pursued disruptive work within the party and that they had all been elected democratically. The decision was made to not send a commission to Baku or invite Azari to Moscow, and rather that he should pursue his reinstatement himself.
