Joy, Charles Turner 1895- 1956

Charles Joy served as the commander of US Naval Forces in the Far East from 1949-1952. Joy was involved in the Korean action, and was selected by General Matthew Ridgeway to serve as a senior delegate and chief of the U.N. Command delegation to the Korean Armistice Conference.
