Kim Man-il

Kim Man-il was the second son of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jeong-suk and the younger brother of Kim Jong Il.

KIM MAN-IL (1944-1947). Second son of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jeong-suk and the younger brother of Kim Jong Il. Often referred to by his Russian name, Shura, he drowned in the pond of what was then the family home in Pyongyang and is now the Party Foundation Museum. He is rarely mentioned in the DPRK.
