    Record of a Conversation with the DPRK Ambassador Peng Dehuai

    Clearing up the differences in the requests made by Peng Dehuai and Kim Il Sung: they're requesting that a portion of the Korean students be trained to be pilots, and another 50 students be trained to be radio operators. They're also requesting that a portion of Soviet citizens of Korean ethnicity, living on USSR territory, be trained as pilots, tank drivers and radio operators.
