Letter, Willard B. Cowles to UN Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold

Willard Cowles forwards documents concerning the mission of a B-29 of the 581st Air Resupply And Communications Wing shot down during the Korean War. The Chinese claimed the plane was over Chinese territory on an espionage mission, which the United Nations denied.

A Romanian delegation of doctors and nurses describe their journey from Bucharest to Korea, where they provided medical care for the Korean people. The report also includes a telegram from Kim Il Sung, who thanks the medical team for their efforts.

Reporting that in all the battles from 1 November 1950 to December 1951 fought by the airforce and anti-aircraft artillery, 569 enemy aircrafts were shot down, and 510 allies' aircrafts were shot down.

Agreement to relocate two fighter divisions - division 151 and 324 - under the command of General Belov to cover the rear of the Sino-Korean forces, if they are able to leave two Chinese air divisions in Andun to protect the power and communications in the area.

Ciphered Telegram from Zakharov to Filippov [Stalin]

Response to Filippov's [Stalin's] telegram from the 16th of January passing on Zhou Enlai's response. Zhou Enlai stated that the air force will be at the joint command of the Chinese and Korean airforce.

Journal of Soviet Ambassador to the DPRK A.M. Puzanov for 28-30 August 1957

The PRC Ambassador Qiao Xiaoguang invited a Soviet delegation to the Chinese People's Volunteers headquarters where they honor deceased Chinese People's Volunteers and Mao Zedong's son. On the second day, they visit the DPRK's largest gold mine. Puzanov gives a detailed account of the mine's production capability and the training and services provided for mine workers.
