This is to hereby notify you that the Central Committee of the Korean Workers’ Party has determined to convene the Fourth Congress of the Korean Workers’ Party on September 11, 1961, in Pyongyang.

 

The Congress agenda is as follows:

 

1. Summary of the work of the Korean Workers’ Party Central Committee;

 

2. Summary of the work of the Korean Workers’ Party Inspection Committee;

 

3. On the seven-year development plan for the people’s economy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea;

 

4. Election of the leading organs of the Korean Workers’ Party Central Committee.

 

The Central Committee of the Korean Workers’ Party would be grateful if a delegation consisting of three persons from Your Party would attend the [Fourth] Party Congress.

 

Please notify us of the members of the delegation of Your Party and their date of arrival in Pyongyang.
