The Embassy of Pakistan present their compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China and have the honour to state that one Partavi Shah alias Nasir Din S/O Hub-a-ali, a Pakistani national, who belongs to Hunza State in Pakistan is reported to have migrated to Kashgar sometime in 1949 and is now believed to be living in Yarkand. His aged parents and as well as his family in Pakistan are anxious to receive news of his well-being and welfare and desire that he should return to Pakistan as soon as possible.
2. The Embassy of Pakistan will greatly appreciate if the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government would be good enough to request the local authorities at Kashgar to communicate the present address of Mr. Partavi Shah to this Embassy, and also to apprise him of the anxiety which his parents and family in Pakistan are undergoing on his account. If Mr. Partavi Shah is desirous of returning to Pakistan, the Embassy of Pakistan will be grateful for any help and assistance rendered to him by the local authorities of Kashgar in facilitating hi speedy return.
The Embassy of Pakistan avail themselves of this opportunity of renewing to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of their highest consideration.
The Embassy of Pakistan writes to the Chinese Foreign Ministry regarding the welfare of Pakistani nationals in Xinjiang.
