The Embassy of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in the People’s Republic of China conveys its greetings to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and is honored to inform [the Ministry] of the following: the "Protocol between the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and the Social Safety Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for Mutual Cooperation in Safeguarding National Security and Social Order in Border Areas," signed in Pyongyang on June 9, 1964, was approved by our government on June 20, 1964.

 

The Embassy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the People's Republic of China takes this opportunity to once again convey its highest respects to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
