Saddam Meeting with the Cabinet during Iran-Iraq War about Iranian Advances and Security Council Negotiations

This file contains a meeting between Saddam Hussein and the Cabinet Ministers discussing the war between Iran and Iraq: ‐ At the beginning of the speech, a general explains recent information from the war.  The participants discuss the Iraqi military situation, Iranian casualties, and recent Iranian advances on the battlefield.  They also discuss the negotiations made by Security Council and the Nonalignment Nations in order to stop the war.
