On Copying the Organizational Methods for Preventing Epidemics of the Chinese People’s Volunteers

After Premier Zhou [Enlai] has read this, send to Nie [Rongzhen] and Su [Yu]:
The Northeast Military District, North China Military District, East China Military District, and the South China Military District should copy the organizational methods for preventing epidemics of the Chinese People’s Volunteers and carry out hygiene work.

 This is a comment on materials about the epidemic prevention work of the Chinese People’s Volunteers (reported by the Xinhua branch of the Chinese People’s Volunteers to the Xinhua Head Office) written by Mao Zedong and sent to Zhou Enlai.
 Nie Rongzhen, Acting Chief of Staff of the People’s Revolutionary Military Commission of the Central People’s Government; Su Yu, Deputy Chief of Staff of the People’s Revolutionary Military Commission of the Central People’s Government.
Mao orders several military districts in China to copy the organizational methods of the Chinese People’s Volunteers and carry out hygiene work.
