The People's Home Counsel (KRN) meets with Stalin, Zhukov, and Molotov at the Kremlin to discuss Polish politics and military.

General Wyderkowski reports on topics such as: problems within the Soviet Union specifically with economic and industry production; military industry development observations, including nuclear preparations; suggestion for more interaction between army and society; efforts for positive relationship between Polish Embassy and Moscow and little contact with capitalist countries; 22nd Congress of the Soviet Union; new military training techniques; and foreign policy, especially increased interest in diplomatic ties to Africa.

In a conversation between Kliszko and Raul Castro, a referral was made to the position assumed by the Minister of Industry in Cuba, Ernesto Guevara, at the economic seminar of Afro-Asian countries in Algeria in February 1965. Castro stated that he was not prepared to discuss the essence of the issue, e.g. the extent of aid from socialist countries to developing countries, but he felt Guevara's comments were extreme and out-of-place at the seminar.

Poland’s Foreign Minister reports that he informed the new PRC ambassador of Poland's interest in developing relations with China, adding that he believes the difficulties between China and other socialist countries to be temporary. The PRC ambassador responded by saying that "there are divergences between our countries" but that it should not prevent friendly state relations. The two also discussed Sino-Soviet relations, with the PRC ambassador stating that in that realm, there are divergences that cannot be resolved.

An informational note detailing the discussions and proposals made during the Interkit meeting, which analyzed the situation within the CCP and the PRC, specifically the development of Maoism. General tone is negative and it is suggested that it is the obligation of the group to support "elements in China which maintain their loyalty to Marxism-Leninism and counter Maoism."

Secretaries CC CPSU Konstantin Katushev and B. Ponomarov provide information on the situation in China that is discussed during a confidential meeting of CC secretaries. Addressed are issues related to the fact "that Maoism failed ideologically, caused great harm to the Chinese nation, and did an enormous devastation in the areas of economy, culture, science, and social life," and ways the new Chinese government may behave.
