[Report filed 22 December 1962.] During the meeting with Josip Broz Tito, Ştefan S. Nicolau learned the opinion of the Yugoslav leader regarding the crisis of the Soviet missiles from Cuba and the war between India and China.

A report presented by the Romanian Workers' Party (Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej) at the meeting of the Communist Information Bureau of November 1950 in Bucharest, which lists the steps taken in order to counteract Titoism in Romania, and particularly in the area of the border with Yugoslavia, as well as to facilitate its overthrow in Yugoslavia itself.

The notes state that negotiations are inadvisable and remain the responsibility of Hungary. A second section of the document refers to instructions to the KGB for discrediting Nagy.
