October 3, 1950	Transcript of Conversation between Zhou Enlai and K.M. Panikkar Zhou Enlai talks with K.M. Panikkar about a letter from Jawaharlal Nehru asking about the North Korea issue and U.S. involvement on the Korean peninsula. Zhou expresses that if American soldiers cross the 38th parallel, then China will take charge of the issue. Zhou also communicates the desire from the Chinese side for the peaceful settlement of the Korea issuen through the UN, which will first require foreign armed forces to exit the Korean peninsula.
August 18, 1952	Report, Zhou Enlai to Chairman Mao [Zedong] and the Central Committee Zhou reports on the initial plans for his visit to Moscow and some of the conversations he's held concerning the Korean War.
October 12, 1950	Ciphered Telegram No. 25553, Roshchin to Filippov [Stalin] Mao Zedong has already given orders to halt Chinese troops preparing to cross the Korean border.
October 11, 1950	Cable No. 4785, Filippov [Stalin] and Zhou Enlai to the Soviet Ambassador in Peking Instructions for the Chinese army in light of the fact that the Chinese forces designated to assist Korea are not ready.
October 12, 1950	Cable, 8th Directorate of the USSR Armed Forces General Staff to Cdes. Shtykov and Vasil'yev Instructions for Kim Il Sung in light of the fact that the Chinese troops destined for Korea are not ready to act.
October 13, 1950	Ciphered Telegram No. 25612, Roshchin to Flippov [Stalin] Mao Zedong asks that Zhou Enlai remain in Moscow as they discuss intervening in Korea.
January 20, 1951	Report from P. F. Yudin to I. V. Stalin on Meetings with the Leaders of the Communist Party of China, including Mao Zedong on 31 December 1950 Yudin recounts his meetings with Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, and Zhou Enlai. In three meetings, Yudin learned more about China's relations with other communist parties in Asia, economic conditions in China, and developments in the Korean War.
September 3, 1951	Zhou Enlai’s Speech to the Central People’s Government Council, 'The Korean Ceasefire Negotiations and Making Peace with Japan' Speech by Zhou Enlai emphasizing the need to remain steadfast during negotiations with America on the Korean issue, in order to assure that the treaty is favorable to China and Korea. Notes that aiding Korea and resisting the United States is the only way to prevent Western dominance of East Asia.
July 27, 1951	From the Diary of N. V. Roshchin: Memorandum of Conversation with Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai on 24 July 1951 Discussion between Soviet Ambassador to the PRC Roshchin and Zhou Enlai regarding the conflict in Korea. Zhou states that the war effort is a drain on China's domestic economy, but that it will bounce back once the war is won. Also describes Chinese relations with capitalist countries. Notes that the CCP lacks technical specialists of any sort.
October 7, 1950	Ciphered Telegram No. 25348, Roshchin to Filippov [Stalin] Ambassador Roshchin passes a message from Mao to Stalin regarding the Chinese deployment of troops to Korea.
